About Physical Therapy

Doing physical therapy at home is practical and personal. Instead of practicing in a gym across town, you practice on your own front steps, down your own hallway, and getting up from your own favorite chair. Your therapist sets realistic goals with you and gives you a few simple exercises to practice between visits.

Physical therapy is provided by arrangement with trusted, licensed local therapy partners and coordinated by our team so it fits seamlessly alongside your nursing visits.
